Download iTunes 4.9 or higher

Subscribe
Select and copy the Vodcast Feed URL offered by the publisher. Open iTunes, go to the Advanced menu, choose Subscribe to Podcast..., paste the Vodcast Feed URL, and click on OK.

Select
Select a title, click on GET if it's not loaded yet. Loading takes just one second.

Play
Pause, Skip, Enjoy. You're in control. New titles will show up automatically from now on.
